Memorial Suggestions
In memory of Diana, memorials to The Prairie School of Windpoint, WI, or the Nurses Foundation of Racine have been suggested.

To the world she was our mother, but to her family she was the world. Diana Angela Lamberton was born July 12,1934, in Racine to beloved parents, Rose and Peter Bonariva.
She was united in marriage on September 17, 1955, to Robert Charles Lamberton. They were married for 61 years.
Diana graduated from St.Luke’s School of Nursing in 1955 as a Registered Nurse. Diana retired from Kurten Medical Group after 23 years of service as an OBGYN nurse. Her kindness and devotion to her patients followed her throughout her life. She was often stopped with a hug and obvious gratitude from women she had cared for throughout her years of nursing. She had treated them as if they were her family.
Summer vacations in Door County for over 30 years became a family tradition. Diana and her husband also enjoyed golfing and traveling with their lifelong friends. Her family will carry her in their hearts forever. She taught them how to love. How to laugh. And how to shop.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathryn Boero (Michael) and Laurie Jalensky (Dennis). They were the lights of her life as were her grandchildren, Shannyn Borzynski (Michael), Robert Boero (Laura), David Jalensky (Anna), Michelle Farruggia (Peter) and Scott Jalensky (Alyssa) along with great-grandchildren, Peyton, Maddy, Jack, Joseph, Jordan, Olivia, Nora, Luke, Jade, Alex, Lucy, Elle, Austin, and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to her parents, Diana is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, granddaughter, Katelyn Boero, sister, Gloria Sinsky, brother- in-law, Frank Sinsky, Aunty Lee Vanoli, brother- in law, Ron Lamberton, in-laws, Robert and Bessie Lamberton, and her beloved son-in-law, Dennis Jalensky.
