Over the years, he won various awards at many American Bowling Congress Championships. He will be remembered by family and friends for his keen sense of creativity and intelligence. Ellis also worked very diligently to ensure his yard was in perfect condition. Surviving are his son, Dean (Dianne) Creuziger of Racine; daughter, Karen (Dick) Willis of Bella Vista, Arkansas; grandchildren, Scott, Gregg (Peggy), and David Creuziger; Amy (Ralph) Slaasted; Peter “Perry” VI and Ronald (Amy) Kohlman; great-grandchildren, Megan and Matthew Creuziger; Danielle, Caitlyn and Joshua Slaasted; Jara, Tori, Peter John VII “P.J.”, Kyle and Kara Kohlman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ellis was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Josephine Creuziger; step-father, James Larson; sisters and brothers, Charles, Alvin, Floyd, Verna, Marie, Walter, Ruth and Edna; and his longtime friend, Glenyth Snow. In accordance with Ellis’s wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service for the family will be held in the funeral home on Friday, March 9, 2007 at 5 pm. A special note of thanks to Ellis’s medical aides, John and Frank, for their compassionate care, support and friendship during the past few months. God bless the both of you!

Testimonials

May 25, 2021

My family wants to thank you and your team for all that you did to walk along side us in my mom’s death and celebration of life. You all did an amazing job with such care, concern of details, and sensitivity to our family. I know my moms body was treated respectfully in your care and that meant the world to us to have confidence in that.
