Henrietta "Terry" Wolgat

Aug 6, 1917 – Apr 21, 2007

Racine- Henrietta M. “Terry” Wolgat, 89, passed away at WFH-All Saints Medical Center on Saturday, April 21, 2007. Terry was born in Milwaukee on August 6, 1917 to the late Walter and Mary (nee: Kozsczynski) Koltyn. She lived in Racine for most of her life. Prior to her retirement, Terry was employed by Western Publishing for over 31 years. She was a longtime member of St. Edward Catholic Church; Ladies of the Knights – Knights of Columbus Council 697; and the Western Publishing 20 Year Club. Living a very active lifestyle, Terry was a tireless volunteer at St. Luke’s Hospital, Festival of Trees and the Christmas House. Among her interests, she enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing cards and dominos. Above all, Terry loved and cherished being in the surroundings of her entire family, of whom she was so proud. Surviving are her grandchildren, Deborah (Ernie) DeLao and Kevin (Katie Yust) Calbow; great-grandchildren, Chelsea Gruhn, Anthony DeLao, Jordan and Arianna Calbow; nieces and nephews, Ralph Malicki, Audrey Carlisle, Linda Tempesta, Carol Anderson, Robert Madala, Kelly Koltyn, Kendra Kaprelian, Kerry Enhregren and Kim Nygaard; dear companion of many years, Rodney Hawkins; and by many other special relatives and friends too numerous to mention by name. In addition to her parents, Terry was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Priscilla “Pat” Calbow on December 31, 2006; sisters, Jenny (Stanley) Malicki, Alice (Frank) Madala and Florence (Charles) Natale; brothers, Marion (Audrey) Koltyn and Raymond Koltyn; and by nephews, Lawrence Malicki, Kyle Koltyn and Donald Malicki. Funeral services will be celebrated in the funeral home, 4600 County Line Rd., on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 11:00 am with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 10-11 am.
