Jean Lois Patt

Apr 14, 1924 – Apr 28, 2007

Jean Lois Patt, 83, died at Becker –Shoop Center on Saturday, April 28, 2007. She was born on April 14, 1924, the daughter of the late Henry and Jeanette (nee: Harbour) Roeschen. On August 31, 1947, she married Edward Alfred Patt at First United Methodist Church. He preceded her in death on June 30, 2002. Jean worked as a sales clerk for Goldblatt’s. She had many interests including, knitting, crocheting, Friday fish fries, playing cards with her friends and traveling to Las Vegas. However, being in the surroundings of her grandchildren made her the happiest. They were her priority. Her survivors include her children, Tom (Jean) Patt of Kalamazoo, MI, Bonnie (Randy) Hansen of Racine; grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark Maxwell) Bassinger, Robin (Anthony) Widmar both of Racine, Jeremy (Amy) Patt of Texas; great grandsons, Talon Mascaretti, Cameron Patt; brother, Jerry (Elaine) Roeschen of Phoenix, sister, Helen Vallner of Florida; sisters-in-law, Lucille Kitzman, Helen Patt both of Racine and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, her daughter, Sally; sister, Verna Kroenenberg and brother, Henry Patt all preceded her in death. Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for the celebration of Jean’s life and funeral service. There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. Burial will take in West Lawn Memorial Park on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
