Service Details

Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, a private service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Charlie Hansen officiating. However, you will be able to view the funeral through live streaming on the funeral home website by going to Julie’s obituary and clicking on the link. In lieu of flowers there will an educational fund established at Educators Credit Union for her daughter,

Julie J. Hoye, 39, passed away at Seasons Hospice-Ignite, Oak Creek, on Friday, October 30th after losing a two-month battle with Endometrial Cancer. She was born in Racine on May 31, 1981, the daughter of Daniel and Joanne (nee: Wilde) Takerian.

On March 5, 2011, in Las Vegas, NV, she was united in marriage to Matthew J. Hoye. She had been employed as the Office Manager for Angolo Diamonds. She received her Bachelors’ Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and attended Kendall College in Chicago, to study the art of baking. Julie was presently serving as Vice President of the Lowell Elementary School PTO, Waukesha.

Julie dedicated her life to her family, especially her daughter, Keagan who shares her sense of humor, and her infectious laugh. Julie loved being with her family and friends, she enjoyed traveling, crafts, and baking with them. Her favorite love was going to Florida and being by the ocean with her family.

Surviving are her husband, Matthew; their daughter, Keagan, both of Waukesha; parents,  Daniel (Myra) Takerian, and Joanne Takerian, two brothers, Zachary (Arielle) Takerian, and Jordan Takerian; nephew, Tommy Takerian, all of Racine; father-in-law, William Hoye, of Harrisburg, PA; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Hoye, of Glendale, AZ; brother-in-law, Patrick Hoye, of Mesa, AZ; sister-in-law, Amy Hoye, of Glendale, AZ; grandmother, Marian McCracken, of Glendale, AZ; aunts and uncles, James Takerian, of Las Vegas, NV, Michael (Anne) Takerian, of Tucson, AZ, Jeffrey (Vicky) Wilde, of Mesa, AZ, Janis (Tim) Eisen, of Burlington, WI, Joyce (Micky) Contreras, of Sturtevant, Rochelle (Mike) Gazza, of Glendale, AZ, Rob Sturman, of Phoenix, and Scott Conway, of Litchfield Park, AZ. Julie is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom and Lee Takerian, Gloria Takerian, Rudolph  and Yolanda Wilde, and Jack McCracken, and by her aunt, Michelle Conway.     To be in Julie’s presence was a true honor! Her smile was infectious, her humor was always spot on! I’ve never had baked goods better then hers.
    Absolutely everything about Julie was perfect. She truly made you want to be a better person. I loved every second we spent together. I will miss her greatly!
