Kathleen R. Oakley-Foster

Service Details

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, private services were held.

 

Kathleen R. Oakley-Foster, 58, of Racine, lost her 8 year battle with cancer on Thursday, January 21, 2021. Kathleen was born in Rockford,  IL on December 3, 1962 the daughter of Richard C. and Rita J. (nee: Pauletti) Oakley.

She attended the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. Kathleen’s greatest joy came from the time she spent with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, Keesha Oakley, of Tucson, AZ, Tasha Soward, and Myron Oakley, both of Racine; seven grandchildren, Nathaniel, Nasir, Hysaan, Kasen, Kye, Giovanni, and Jade; mother, Rita J. Wenzel, of Kenosha; father, Richard Oakley; of Rockford, IL, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sheri and Kurt Seitz, and Wendy and Frank DeRosa, all of Rockford, IL; and brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Lisa Elliott, of Spring Prairie, WI. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive her. Kathleen was preceded in death by two grandsons, Kato and Darian.
