LaKethia Renee Richardson

Sep 21, 1971 – Dec 13, 2014

LaKethia Renee Richardson, 43, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 13, 2014.  She was born on September 21, 1971 in Kenosha, WI, to Danny and Diane (nee: Foster) Montgomery.

LaKethia was educated in the Kenosha Unified School System. She graduated from Reuther High School in 1990.  Lakethia was employeed as a bartender at Tropical Paradise, as well as Visual Pack Company.  She was known for her beautiful smile and captivating “Dimples”, which she was affectionately, call by many.  She enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool, cooking and baking her delicious caramel and chocolate cakes.  She was a member of the Racine High Rollers Mc/Sc Motorcycle Club of Racine, WI.

LaKethia leaves to cherish her memories, her loving son, Orlando DeShawn Richardson of Racine, WI; her beautiful daughters, Jalisa Richardson of Kenosha, WI and Jasmine Richardson of Racine, WI; her grandchildren, Isiah Sweetie, Adrian Richardson, Amirrah Richardson, Kamiyah Richardson, Kaliah Richardson, Athena Richardson and Clayton Richardson; her devoted parents, Danny and Diane Montgomery of Kenosha, WI; grandmother, Cora Foster of Kenosha, WI; Uncles, Bobby (Catherine), Ken, Donald and Paul (Tara) Montgomery all of Cleveland, OH and Rochester Foster of Indianapolis, IN; aunts, Patricia (Charles) Montgomery-McKissisk, Lynn (Willie) Cummings and Donna Montgomery all of Cleveland, OH, Viola Foster of Phoenix, AZ, Deborah and Janet Foster, both of Kenosha; special cousin, Cheri Foster; special friends, Sherrise “Reese” Miller, Orlando DeShawn Richardson, Sr., Raqueta Sisson, Brittney Brezinski, LaJuana Richardson and Troy Gladney, as well as a host of many other close family and friends.  Lakethia was preceded in death by her grandparents. Nathaniel Foster, Wilbert and Clara Montgomery, her father and mother in law: Clyde and Dorothy Richardson and mother in law Dorothy Richardson. 

Homegoing services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Second Baptist Church , 3925 32nd Avenue, with Pastor Lawrence L. Kirby II officiating. Interment will follow at Greenridge Cemetery. Public visitation will beging at the church at 10:00 a.m.
