Racine, WI – Larry Cecil Smith, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.  He was born on October 3, 1957 in Tupelo, Mississippi to Barbara Ann (nee: McGee) Freeman and Nathaniel Smith.

Larry Smith was a proud 1977 graduate of Walden High School in Racine, Wisconsin and received a bachelors degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Larry was self employed. In his leisure he loved music, he played the piano and violin.

Larry was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Freeman; father Nathaniel Smith; sisters, Evelyn Smith, Regina Martin and Sonja Freeman and his stepfather Louis freeman.

Larry leaves to cherish his memories are his daughters, Amber Reader and Kate (Lauren Noel) Lopiccalo; grandson,  Alexander Tolliver; his brother Danny Smith, his sisters Annie Smith and Thelma Wiggins as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of His Life will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019, 12:00pm in the Chapel of Draeger-Langendorf Home.  Visitation will be in the Chapel from 11:00am until the time of service. Dr. Douglas E. Schoen will be officiating. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery.
