
Mr. Mark A. Garner, 56, (formerly of Racine) died at his residence with his family by his side on Thursday, November 30, 2006. He was born in Racine on November 4, 1950 to Anthony T. and Adeline M. (nee: Perman) Garner. He moved to Darlington a few years ago to be with his grandchildren. Mark served his country with the US Navy. He worked as a purchasing agent for Machinery and Factory Industrial Supply. He enjoyed home improvement projects; especially when it was for family and friends. His survivors include his children, Laura and Allen Coulthard of Darlington, Josh and Christina Garner of Racine; grandchildren, Dakota and Lilly Wolfe, Seth and A.J. Coulthard; mother, Adeline Garner of Racine; brothers and sisters, Edward (Linda) Garner, Shelley (Mario) Molina, Roberta (Mark) McPherson all of Racine, Donna Garner of Converse, TX, Joseph (Sonia) Garner of York, PA; special aunt, Evie Loughan of Racine and numerous loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Garner on May 11, 2004. Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. for the celebration of Mark’s life with Deacon Roberto Fuentes officiating. There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Monday evening 5-7 p.m. Burial with military honors will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Mark’s family wishes to thank Dawn Hardin from Lafayette County Hospice for the loving care that was provided during his illness.
