Today our Nana went away, And though we are very far apart, We’ll treasure her memory forever, And always hold close in our hearts. For we’ve lost a part of our family, That can never be replaced, And though it’s so very hard to say goodbye, We know she’s in a A happier place, the pain in her face and the fear in her eyes, We could no longer bear to see. We know it was time to let her go, As she slipped away so peacefully. So as we cry tears of pain, For one we loved so very much, We thank God she was part of us. And for the lives she touched. Someday we’ll all be together again…Though we know where, we know not when. She will live in our hearts forever, Until we meet again
