Priscilla "Pat" May Calbow

May 14, 1939 – Dec 31, 2006

Racine- Priscilla “Pat” May Calbow, 67, passed away at the Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center on Sunday, December 31, 2006. Pat was born in Racine on May 14, 1939 to John and Henrietta (nee: Koltyn) Wolgat. A 1957 graduate of St. Catherine’s High School, she went on to be employed by Western Publishing and Bardon Rubber. On December 9, 1969, she was united in marriage to Albert Calbow, Jr. Catholic by faith, Pat attended St. Sebastian Catholic Church and was a former member of the St. Edward Sodality. An outdoors enthusiast, she enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially Up-North; cooking and sewing. Above all, she was an unbelievably devoted wife and mother, who loved nothing more than spoiling her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Al; daughter, Deborah (Ernie) DeLao; son, Kevin (Katie Yust) Calbow; grandchildren, Chelsea Gruhn, Anthony DeLao, Jordan and Arianna Calbow; mother, Henrietta Wolgat; other dear relatives and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her father, John Wolgat. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 10 am in St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 3126 – 95th Street in Sturtevant, with Rev. Bob Konkel officiating. Interment will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held in the funeral home, 4600 County Line Rd., on Friday from 5-7 pm and in St. Sebastian Church on Saturday from 9-10 am.
