Richard was a devoted member of St. Lucy Catholic Church where he attended Mass daily. He was also a participant of the daily rosary group. Richard was a man of simple needs. His family, church, and profession gave him his greatest joys.

His nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive him. In addition to his parents and beloved wife, Richard was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, William and Betty Brandt.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Lucy Catholic Church, 3101 Drexel Ave., Racine, on Wednesday, March 11th at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating.
