Susan Marie Thillemann

Oct 4, 1944 – Jan 4, 2015

~~Sturtevant – Susan M. (nee: Ziemnicki) Thillemann, age 70; passed away at Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints Healthcare on Sunday, January 4, 2015.

Susan was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 4, 1944 to the late Boleslaw “Ben” and Genevieve “Gen” (nee: Gozdowiak) Ziemnicki. She graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee in 1962.  Susan worked for Allis Chalmers Manufacturing Company and then became employed as a Customer Service Specialist at Fischer-Precise USA, where she was known to many as “The Voice of Fischer-Precise”, along with her party planning, she received an indescribable amount of joy as she lead the company’s fundraising efforts to assist several needy families every year.  She retired in 2011 after 32 years of dedicated service at Fischer-Precise Corporation.  Susan was very passionate about sports, she could often be found watching college basketball, Badger games or Sunday football, but of course there was no team that could compare to her Green Bay Packers. In Susan’s heart she was hands down the most devoted Packer Fan in the Land.  There were many things in life that were dear to her heart but nothing was more important to Susan than the time and unconditional love she shared with her family.

Left to cherish her beautiful memories are her children, Jennifer S. (nee: Thillemann) (Ryan) Hornyak and Joseph J. Thillemann; granddaughter, Angelina Coolidge; brother, John Ziemnicki and many friends – too numerous to mention all by name.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her sister, Janice A. Gentilini and her niece, Leslie A. (nee: Gentilini) Knoll.

A Memorial Service celebrating Susan’s life will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Infusino’s Banquet Hall, 3201 Rapids Dr., Racine, WI.  It was Susan’s wishes that donations be made to The American Lung Association in her memory.
