She was born on May 31, 1999, the daughter of Glenn and Michelle (nee: Heller) Skendziel. Taylor was a student at Union Grove High School, and member of the class of 2018.

Being ambitious and goal driven, Taylor recently began training to become licensed as a CNA, and had set her goal to be a registered nurse specializing in neonatal care. She was active in school activities, and enjoyed travel volleyball and bowling. Her passion however, was softball. Taylor played on many teams and leagues, including Sturtevant Youth Softball, Yorkville Youth Softball, Union Grove High School, Bronco Select, Racine Belles, and Kenosha Sting.

Taylor was a caring and loving daughter who will be dearly missed by her parents, Glenn and Michelle Skendziel of Sturtevant; brother and sisters, Ryley Skendziel and Heather Skendziel both of Sturtevant, and Cassandra Skendziel of Rice Lake; grandparents, James and Arlene Skendziel of Kenosha, and Karen Heller of Rice Lake;aunts and uncles, Peter (Tammy) Skendziel of Kenosha, Sandra Willkomm of Somers, Kathy (Steve) TenCate of Sturtevant, Jean (David) Keeley of Rice Lake, and Mike (Stacey) Heller of Kenosha; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wayne Heller; and aunt, Karen Skendziel Kelly.

Visitation and Services will be held in the fieldhouse of Union Grove High School, 3433 S Colony Ave, Union Grove, WI 53182. On Friday, June 24, 2016 there will be a public visitation from 3pm 7pm., and then on Saturday from 10:30am – 12pm. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Stacy Seger officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials to the family have been suggested.

Taylor’s spirit and memory will remain in our hearts, and she will live on through the lives of others who will benefit from her donation to the Wisconsin Donor Network.
