Vicki Lynn Cobb

Vicki Lynn Cobb, 51, was called Home by her Heavenly Father on Friday, April 3, 2009. She was born in Racine on June 13, 1957 the daughter of the late Troy and Mozell (nee: Freeman) Cobb Sr. Vicki was last employed by the Racine Unified School District. She was a member of the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and sang in the church choir. Vicki was a member of the Senior Knitting Group at the Dr. John Bryant Community Center. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving are her daughter Treva (Dwight) Anderson; 6 grandchildren, Minister Darius Malone, Xavier, Devin, and Makenna Anderson, Tyson Cobb Jr. and Tyshon Cobb; sisters and brothers, Betty Thomas, Wilma (Claude) Rogers, Paul Cobb, Beverly (Thomas) Hicks, Janet (Michael) Mitchell, Troy (Nola Starling-Ratliff) Cobb Jr., and Gary (Octavia Elaine) Cobb all of Racine; sister-in-law Wanda Cobb of Clinton Township, MI, and special friend James Moore of Racine. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive her. In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her son Tyson Linn Cobb Sr., brothers O.C. and Ronald Cobb, and sister Dorothy Cobb. Her Homegoing Service will be held on Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church with Bishop L.L. Kirby officiating. Visitation will be in the church on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services. Cremation will follow.
