Walter E. Malone Jr.

Apr 19, 1942 – Jul 19, 2008

Walter E. Malone Jr., 66, died at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital-All Saints on Saturday, July 19, 2008. He was born in Okolona, Mississippi on April 19, 1942, the son of the late Walter and Barbara (nee: Johnson) Malone Sr.. Mr. Malone had been employed by J.I. Case, Racine Steel and later by Kappus Bakery. He owned and operated several business of his own. Mr. Malone served his country with the U.S. Air Force from Nov. 3, 1959 until Oct. 2, 1961.He often visited Higher Dimensions Church, where his son Adrian D. Malone is the presiding Pastor. Surviving are his children; Vincent (Sandy) Brown-Malone of Beloit, Cory (Sheryl) Malone of Colorado Springs, CO, Pastor Adrian (Cassandra) Malone of Racine, Rhonda Martin-Lee of Colorado Springs, CO, Keith (Shenelle) Waters of Racine, Lori (Anthony) Green of Charlotte, NC, Alicia (Terry) Malone, Michael Green all of Racine, Solomon Malone of Redgranite, WI, Allison Love of Tracy, CA, Walter (Marie) Malone of Racine, Angel Malone of Minneapolis, MN, Nakia Thompson of Riverdale, GA, Jordan (Sara) Malone, Keeanti Malone all of Racine; 33 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, his brother Knorris Malone, 4 nephews all of Racine, his loving companion Catherine Bell, numerous cousins and a host of friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Jamil Hayes and a set of infant twins. His Homegoing will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 25th at 11:00 a.m. with his son Pastor Adrian D. Malone officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial, with full military honors, will follow in the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery. Memorials should be directed to Pastor Adrian D. Malone.
