Warren Ray Stinson

Nov 3, 1939 – Dec 28, 2007

Racine – Warren Ray Stinson, 68, passed away on December 28, 2007. He was born in Mt. Morris, Michigan on November 3, 1939, son of the late Raymond and Eileen (nee: Danner) Stinson. He was married in Kenosha on November 17, 1967 to the former Betty Dubiel. Most of his life he had lived in Racine. Warren retired from the J.I. Case Company where he had worked as a machinist. He also owned and operated his own semi for Chief Truck Lines. He enjoyed being with family and friends, playing pool and traveling, the Green Bay Packers, and NICE FAST cars. He also loved his mother-in-law very much. He is survived by his devoted wife, Betty Stinson; his loving children, Gregory (Cheryl) Stinson of Trevor, Christine (Ray) Redlin of Kenosha, and Vicki (Richard) Friso of Yorkville; seven dear grandchildren, Lacey, Jordan, and Macauley Stinson in Trevor, Wesley and Alyssa Redlin in Kenosha, Amber and Richard Friso in Yorkville; sisters, Judy Stinson, and Joy Messer; brother, Nathan Stinson all in Arizona; as well as many other relatives and friends. A private service was held in the funeral home on Thursday, January 3, 2007. Interment was at West Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials to the American Diabetes Association have been suggested.
