
WARSAW, MO (FORMERLY OF CHICAGO) – Mr. Ernest C. White, Sr., 65, passed away on November 17, 2012.
He was born in Birmingham, AL on July 7, 1947, the son of Ernest and Minnie (nee: Williams) White.
Mr. White served his country during the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army. He owned and operated White Plumbing in Chicago for over 30 years before retiring to Missouri. While in Chicago he served as Worshipful Master at King David Lodge #100.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jo White of Missouri; his children, Ernest (Victoria) White IV, Christine White, LaVern (LeNard) Williams, Tiffany (Chas) Gardner, Robert C. White; his mother, Minnie White; 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; his step-children, Robert M. White, Chrocki Clark, Altovise White, Delisa Hill, Decenta Page; his siblings, Katrina Michael, Julanta (Maurice) Nunnally, Gregory White; as well as many dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest White; daughter, La Tricia Cunningham and sister, Julia Woodson.
Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home (4600 County Line Rd. Mount Pleasant, WI 53403) this Friday evening for a visitation from 5-8 p.m. A service celebrating his life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. His interment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park in Somers, WI.
