Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Pam Locke; children, Sherry (Mike) Fleming of Mesa, AZ, Jenny Locke of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren, Avery and Ella Fleming, Landon Mollison; step-children, Ashley (Eric) Abrahamson of Appleton, and Jason Hargrave of Kenosha.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Amanda Locke.

A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, 12:00pm, at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 3101 Drexel Avenue, with Rev. Mark R. Mike Langendorf, my parents told me of your kindness, generosity, and servitude when we lost my brother. They needed that strength and your light came through. Thank you! Anne T.
