Moses worked at Twin Disc for over 25 years.  After he retired, he proudly served as a crossing guard for the last three years at Kinzie Ave. and West Blvd.  Moses was a longtime member of Midtown Church of Christ and enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.

In addition to his loving wife, Dorothy, he is survived by his children, Bobbie Jean Barry of Myrtle, MS, George Rockett, Kenny (LaChere) Price, Bridget Price; grandchildren, Dontre McGrone, Jr., Davonta Booker, Danny (Tiffany) Nelson, Cassandra (Terry) White, Tabithia Barry, Billy Barry; six great grandchildren; brothers, David (Catherine “Sudie”) Price of Indianapolis, IN, James and Joseph Price of Racine; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.  Moses was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Samuel Price and sister, Pearlene Price.

A Homegoing celebration will take place at Midtown Church of Christ (1704 13th St.) on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. with Brothers Michael Moore and Howard Puryear officiating.  There will be a visitation in the church on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.  His burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park.

A very special thank you to WFH – All Saints, Dr. John Brennan and the staff at Willowcrest Care Center for the professional and loving care that was extended to Moses and his family during his illness.  May God bless you.

Special thanks to Mike Langendorf….many tears of joy overwhelm the family. You are a very unique person.  I cry because you know how to make the best out of any situation. You lay my husband away beautifully and there are not words that I can really express how grateful I am. All the people at your funeral have my gratitude for the love and care you showed us.   You all are truly God fearing people who care about people.  Thanks and may God bless you all richly!   The Coleman’s
