Matthew A. Schiess

Jul 2, 1973 – Nov 4, 2011

 Matthew A. Schiess, 38, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Friday, November 4, 2011.

   Matthew was born in Racine on July 2, 1973.  He will be remembered as a devoted San Diego Chargers fan with a warm heart and a dear son, brother, nephew and friend.

   He is survived by his parents, Joan and Mark St. Martin of Racine; sisters and brother, Michelle, Jamie, Holly and Markie St. Martin; grandparents, Mary Ann Stefka, Dick and Barbara St. Martin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

   Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. for a service remembering and celebrating Matt’s life.  There will be time to meet with his family from 5-7 p.m.  A private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.  

   A very special thank you to Harry, Danny, Ben and Jason for all of the kindness and support they gave to Matt.
