Paul F Brisko

Jun 3, 1949 – Dec 27, 2011

Mt. Pleasant – Paul F. Brisko, 62, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Paul was born on June 3, 1949, the son of Paul and Sophie (nee: Brodowski) Brisko. He was a lifelong resident of Racine, and graduated from Washington Park High School. Paul served honorably for six years in the Wisconsin National Guard.

Paul retired from AMC/Chrysler after 30 years of service, and was currently employed at Nestle USA, Inc. in Burlington.  Paul was a man of many talents and tastes.  He is remembered for his gifted artistic ability, his interest in Harley Davidson motorcycles and his love of Henny Penny Chicken. He also spent much time going to car shows; singing in the Dairy Statesmen; lending a helping hand and thoroughly enjoyed having coffee with his friends at Rosie’s in Racine, and at the Town Friar in Burlington.

He is survived by his daughter, Tracie (David Newell) Brisko; his friend and former wife, Jackie Brisko both of Racine; step-brother, Thomas Sadowski of Thousand Oaks, California; niece and nephews, Sandy, Jeff, Mark, Steve, Tommy, and Greg Sadowski; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his step-brother, Bill Sadowski.

All are invited to visit with his family in the funeral home from 5:00pm – 6:45pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. An informal time to share memories of Paul will begin at 7:00pm. Memorials to the Spectrum Gallery DeKoven Center have been suggested.
