Tary Ann Ludka

Mar 5, 1957 – Dec 30, 2011

Tary A. Ludka (nee: Manderfield), 54, lovingly nicknamed 2-P, passed away unexpectedly at her residence in Adams, WI on Friday, December 30, 2011.

She was born in Racine on March 5, 1957.

Tary had a compassionate and kind heart.  Whether she was working with Goodwill Industries or caring for abandoned animals, Tary enjoyed helping those in need.  Tary had a love and appreciation for nature.  She loved flowers, wildlife and gardening.   Above all she treasured her time spent with her granddaughter, Kaylee swimming and playing on the beach.

Her survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Ludka and granddaughter, Kaylee both of Arkdale, WI; parents, Dan and Betty (nee: Trossen) Organ of Racine and the Villages, FL; brothers and sisters, Cary (Kim) Manderfield, Stacy Lee Manderfield, Shelly (Tim) Christensen all of Racine, Kelly (Jackie) Manderfield of the Republic of the Philippines; her faithful canine companion, Delilah; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her dear brother, Tracy Manderfield and her father, Ed Manderfield.

Family and friends are invited to gather at St. Lucy Catholic Church (3101 Drexel Ave.) on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. for the celebration of Tary’s life and memorial mass with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating.  There will be time to meet with the family on Saturday at the church from 10-11 a.m.  A private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Caledonia.  In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the American Heart Association.

Just found out about the passing of my niece from Scott in California. I was so sorry to hear 2P is gone. Although I hadn’t stayed in contact with her, she was always in my thoughts. Prayers and blessings to 2P’s family and friends. Tim and Jo Manderfield.

Testimonials

From a daughter

My parents told me of your kindness, generosity, and servitude when we lost my brother. They needed that strength and your light came through. Thank you.
