Mrs. Graceffa attended St. Lucy Catholic Church and enjoyed playing Bingo at Roma Lodge.

Her survivors include her children, Jim (Peggy) Graceffa of Wauwatosa, Rosie (Joe) Anderson of Rudolph, WI, Dick (Peg) Graceffa of Mount Pleasant, Michael Graceffa of Racine; her grandchildren, Marlo, Liza, Christopher, Jennifer, CarLee and Troy; great grandchildren, Matthew, Caden, Louis, Violet, Jordan,  Kaylyn, Daren, Marquise, Samara, Trey, Amana, Cora, Eden and Bella;  her sisters, Rose (Ed) Muzenski of Racine, Mary (Ray) Stevens, Vilma Christiansen both of Mount Pleasant and Valeria Peters of Milwaukee.  In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Graceffa was preceded in death by her infant sister, Mary; sister, Vera (Mike) James and brothers, Pete, Al and Tino (Norma) Valente and brother-in-law, Jack Christiansen.

A private memorial service was held in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home.  Her interment took place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Caledonia. Memorials have been suggested to the American Heart Association, St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus (3800 N. 2nd St. Milwaukee, WI 5322) or to St. Catherine’s High School.

A special thank you goes to Vivian's sister Mary and neice Roxy, for their enduring support and caring for many years, and to all her sisters for their love. She treasured her relationship with all of her family. A heartfelt thank you to Zilber House in Wauwatosa, St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus and Franciscan Villa in South Milwaukee for the loving and professional attention that was given to Mrs. Graceffa while under their care.
