Judith L. Pike

Jul 29, 1963 – May 9, 2012

    Judy L. Pike, 48, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

   She was born in Burlington on July 29, 1963 and graduated from Waterford High School.

   On June 29, 2009, Judy married her longtime companion, Melvin Pike at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. 

   Judy enjoyed her life whether she was shopping, cheering for the Packers or being in the presence of her family.  She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

   In addition to her loving husband, Melvin of Racine, Judy is survived by her children, Ashley Bretthauer of Milwaukee, Robert (Pamela) Bretthauer of Racine; her grandchildren, Ashley Molnar, Devlin Bretthauer, Riley Bretthauer; her mother, Betty F. Whyte of Racine; her sisters and brothers, Sharon (Merle) Baker of Michigan, Steven (Crystal) Whyte of Florida, Jay (Lisa) Whyte of Rochester, WI, Patti (John) Michaud of Racine; her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, David Urbaniak of Sussex, WI, Dorothy Cook of Oketo, KS, Mike (Kay) Pike of Wymore, NE; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Judy was preceded in death by her sister, Shelley Urbaniak in 1993.   

   Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. for a service remembering and celebrating Judy’s life.  There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Monday from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
