
Kenosha – Ardyth Predny, 87, entered into eternal life on Friday, September 21, 2012. She was born in Kenosha on January 10, 1925, daughter of the late Edward and Inger (nee: Engen) Wood.
Ardyth graduated from Bradford High School in 1942. On May 30, 1945, she was united in marriage at Holy Trinity Catholic Church to the love of her life, Ernest John Predny, who preceded her in death on January 5, 2008. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and crocheting. Ardyth treasured her family and will be dearly missed.
Ardyth leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Tim Predny of Kenosha, Tony Predny, Kathy (Ken) Stenzel, all of Racine, Scott (Lisa) Predny of Kenosha; grandchildren, Kathleen DeSeife of Kenosha, Jeri (Bill Kamm) Predny of Wilmot, Katie (Jeff) Oatsvall of Upper Arlington, OH, Jon (Denise) Predny of Racine; 9 great-grandchildren; and sister, Eunice Huber of Kenosha. In addition to her parents and husband, Ardyth is preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Linda Predny; brothers, Herman, Lester, Kenneth, and Gaylord Wood.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, 6pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road, with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 4pm until the time of the service. The family has suggested memorials to Hospice Alliance.
