Robert Williams Sr.

Mar 14, 1948 – Apr 11, 2013

Robert L. Williams Sr., 65, was called Home by his Loving Savior on Thursday, April 11, 2013. He was born in Sidon, MS, on March 14, 1948, the son of J.W. Williams and Florida (nee: Prince).

Mr. Williams was a graduate of William H. Horlick High School. He had been employed by the J.I. Case Co. for over 25 years, retiring in 2000 due to illness. Mr. Williams enjoyed fishing and watching the Packers.

Surviving are his soul mate, Peggy Price, sons, Travis Williams, Maurice Price, and Adrian Williams, daughters, Tamela Williamsand Evette Price, a host of grandchildren, mother, Florida Booker, sister Jeanette Johnson, Peggy Williams, all of Racine, Marilyn Booker, of Menasha, WI, Christene Booker, and brother, Antovia Booker, uncle, Henry Grays, all of Racine, most valued friends, Doyle Winston, of Racine, Robert Halliburton, of Bloomington, IN, Steve Gardner, in Minnesota, Andrew Washington, of Dallas, TX, and James Easley, of Racine. His nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends further survive him. He was preceded in death by his father, J.W. Williams, son, Robert L. Williams Jr., sisters, Maxine Cole, Janet Cooper, and brother, Prince Williams, and aunt, Lillie Mae Allen.

His Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, April 18th, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Willie Scott officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
