
RACINE – Lindsay J. Schauer, 28, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 16, 2014.
She was born in Racine on December 19, 1985, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (nee: Fleuter) Schauer.
Lindsay last worked at CSL Plasma. She was very passionate about her art, especially drawing. She loved music and in her earlier years, Lindsay was accomplished in martial arts. She was a very loving and caring free spirit and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her children, Nevin Schauer, Necia Small; her parents, Joe and Mary Schauer ; her sister and brother, Jacqueline (Norman Shoy) Pietsch all of Racine, Nicholas (Amy Oesau) Pietsch of Union Grove; her nieces and nephews, Katrina Oesau, Bailey Thompson, Alexandria Pietsch, Lillyana Pietsch, Nicholas Pietsch, Lauren Shoy; as well as her grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends.
Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 for a visitation from 5-7 pm. A service honoring and remembering her life will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating.
