Carol Jean Lambert

Mar 9, 1938 – Jun 7, 2015

    Carol Jean Lambert, 77, passed away, at Wheaton Franciscan- All Saints, on Sunday, June 7, 2015 surrounded by her children. Carol was born in Racine on March 9, 1938, the daughter of the late David and Lucille (nee: Braund) Fergus.  Carol had been a long time employee of Dremel Mfg. and later by ECM Motor Co. She enjoyed golfing with her friends, bowling, and fishing in Winneconne. Her greatest love was the time she spent with her children and grandchildren.
    Surviving are her children, Denny Quella, of Racine, Terri (Paul) Isaacson, of Mt. Pleasant, Steven (Heidi) Quella, and Deborah (William) Schemmel, all of Racine; grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Ashley, Derek (Amanda) and Steven Ray Quella, Nicholas (Amanda) Schemmel, Courtney (Andrew) Fritchen, and Erica Isaacson; 4 great grandchildren, Paityn, Nolan, Aidan, and Kylie; and by her sister, Bonnie Marsh, of Racine.
Her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive her. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Wayne Fergus and her sister, Susan Conway. In lieu of flowers memorials have been suggested to the Countryside Humane Society or the Polycythemia Rubra Vera Foundation. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, June 10th at 1:00 p.m.. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park

The family would like to thank Dr. Michael Mullane and his staff for the kindness and support shown Carol and her family throughout her illness.
