Trudy Evonne Hood

Jul 31, 1968 – Jun 9, 2015

         
Miss Trudy E. Hood born in Racine, WI. On July 31, 1968 departed this earthly life June 9, 2015. She was one of the four children born to the late Betty Jean Hood.
Trudy E. Hood received her formal education at the Racine Unified School district in Racine, Wisconsin.
Trudy accepted Christ at early age.
Trudy work as a caregiver for many years until her health started to fail her.
In her leisure time Trudy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Trudy was a true Green bay Packer fan and a WWE wrestling fan. Trudy also loved playing cards
She was preceded in death by her mother: Ms. Betty Jean Hood, grandparents Mr. Henry Tyler and Mrs. Elma Tyler and one brother Antonio Hood and one grandson Ameriante Cage.
Trudy leaves to cherish her memory a devoted significant other of 16 years Alfonzo Johnson, her father Albert Brown, one daughter Letephia Hiler, and two sons Brandon Hood and Renault Griffin Jr., One brother Gregory Jacobs, and one sister Michelle Hood-Poole and LaQuita Johnson .three brothers and two sister on her father sides. seven grandchildren all of whom she loved very much, three godchildren one that was very special to her Keeyon Martin Jr, two very special granddaughter’s Cortiefa and Keonna. A Celebration of Trudy's life will be held  in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be in the chapel from 10am until the time of service.  Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Please see Sunday’s paper and the funeral home website for the full obituary.
