Loretta Sue Wolf

Dec 6, 1954 – May 28, 2016

Mt. Pleasant – Loretta Sue Wolf, 61, passed away at WFHC-All Saints Hospital on Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was born in San Marcos, Texas on December 6, 1954, daughter of the late Edward A. and Ella (nee: Hutchins) Beth. She graduated from Wm. Horlick High School in 1973, and on September 7, 1974 was married to Raymond Lee Wolf. Loretta worked as a bookkeeper for Lange’s Welding and JP Repair.

Loretta had a deep conviction for family that fueled her interest in genealogy and working on the family tree; and she loved and lived for her grandchildren. For many years she also cared for the children of friends and family in her home; planning holiday parties for them and field trips for them to the County Fair. She grew to love those children as if they were her own.

Loretta is survived by her husband, Raymond Wolf of Mt. Pleasant; son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Jordana Wolf of Kenosha; grandchildren, Natalee and Crosby Wolf; brothers and sisters, Edward Dean Beth of Durham, N. Carolina, Robert (Vickie) Beth of Wasilla, Alaska, Chuck Beth of Mt. Pleasant, Joe Beth of Tampa, Florida, Patricia Loftquist of Necedah, and Gloria Beth of Racine; mother-in-law, Alice (Chuck) Daceno of Racine; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ron (Roni) Wolf, Linda (Bob) Mikulecky all of Mt. Pleasant, Robert (Debbie) Wolf, Kim (Davis) Jensen, Rick Wolf all of Racine, Sherry Aukland of New Lisbon, and Randy (Sheryl) Wolf of Gulf Breeze, Florida; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, George Wolf.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Friday, June 3, 2016 at 1:30pm with Rev. Kevin Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation in the funeral home will be on Thursday evening from 5pm-7pm, and again on Friday beginning at 12 noon. Memorials to the family have been suggested.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Michael Mullane and the staff of Aurora Cancer Care Center, and to Dr. Joel Niebuhr and the ICU staff at All Saints Hospital for their passionate level of care provided to Loretta, and for the gentle kindness shown to her family.

Testimonials

December 18, 2024

Words cannot even begin to express the tremendous gratitude our family has for a team like the one at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home & Crematory. Thank you for the gentle lovely care over our mother Delia (Rosa) Balderas. Never having had a direct experience with a funeral home to this extent we didn’t know what to expect. We didn’t have a clue that they would step right in and have the most comforting team surrounding us that thought of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING for anyone in our position. It was very evident from the first discussion on the phone that they were already well prepared to handle every little detail for us that we weren’t even aware would be required. Mark and his team truly eased so much of the unknown worries right out of our path, and left room for us to just focus on the small personal details we wanted for our mom. It was nice to know that all cost involved was in black and white on their site as well as on paper at our first meeting. Leaving no room for question or doubt what so ever with any fee involved. It was truly a blessing to have everything written out so well and simplified with various price range options in a time that we needed crystal clear direction. Its been beautiful to see that their care and service didn’t stop after our mom’s service came to an end. They continue to be in communication with immediate responses as questions arise along the way. God bless Mark, and the entire compassionate team, to be around to guide many many more for generations to come through life’s most difficult times. You are all truly amazing.

Hilda Balderas
