Sandra L. Ivy, 64, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, June 25, 2021.

She was born in Beloit, WI on September 9, 1956, the daughter of the late Chester Lee and Willie Frank (nee Hoskins) Collins.

On August 12, 1989, she married Henry L. Ivy. He preceded her in death on January 4, 2018.

Sandra was a longtime member of Searching Together Missionary Baptist Church.  She enjoyed watching basketball when Michael Jordan and LeBron James were playing, cheering for the Chicago Bears, playing Pac Man, and being in the company of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Dion Robinson, Rayshay (LaShonda) Everton, Adisa (April) Gray, Henry (Missy) Ivy, LeTreye Robinson, Sabrina Ivy and LaToya (Angie) Robinson; special son, Damion Gordon; 27 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sister, Eddie (Nanette) Collins, Paul (Lillian) Morrow, Minister Dimmy (Laura) Collins and Joan Wilson; brother-in-law, Donnie (Linda) Ivy; sister-in-law, Rosemary (Roy) Edwards; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sandra was preceded in death by her grandson, Trayvon Gray; her brother-in-law, Curtis Wilson; sisters, Ina Rae Brooks and Alice Collins; and sisters-in-law, Yvonne Harris and Shirley Lezine.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

    I’m going to miss my friend and the breakfast we used to do but I’m going to miss her smile l know we hadn’t been to breakfast in a while but when ever we saw each other it was like we were never apart I will always miss her sorry for the lose but God is coming back to get more Beautiful Flowers make sure your house is in order I love y’all too much not to say anything If.
