We know uncle bob wouldn’t have wanted us to miss our vacation, but I’m still so sad I’m not there, I’m hopeful you all know how much you’re in my thoughts and prayers and the memories of uncle Bob flood with trips to Great America, the Davis cabin and his “farting peanuts”, his pool that my family invaded daily for many many summers, his super cold house, his dedication to the fire department and the many trips we went to visit, climb in/on/around the trucks and of course his absolute LOVE for his family. His surprise visit after the birth of our children with flowers, the rummage sale finds he grabbed because my kids will love it some day and he was thinking of them…. he was such an amazing man and his LoVE will forever be with me…. I’m so grateful for the legacy he left in his family and grateful for the time God let him be on this earth. Rest In Peace uncle bob, we love you and our prayers are with everyone mourning your loss hear on earth but celebrating your eternal life.
