Gerard & I were co-workers & good friends at the library in the late 1990’s. We were a force to be reckoned with in shelving & maintaining control of the easy picture books section. We enjoyed going to movies (Especially Harry Potter), Renaissance Faire (we each won a stuffed pig in a game of chance, which we named “Sausage” and “Bacon”) and out to eat. Gerard was the best man at my wedding. I will carry good memories of my “G – Friend” in my heart. Condolences to Gerard’s family & friends. Rest in peace, my friend

I worked with Gary way back in the 70s and he was always a great guy. I would see him at the library decades later still friendly and always working hard. Sorry to see him go. Condolences to his family.
