Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (6400 Spring Street) on Thursday, AUGUST 28, 2025 for a visitation from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.
The celebration of her life and funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 pm.
A private interment will take place at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.

MOUNT PLEASANT – Rosemarie Roberts, 87, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Rosemarie was born in Ripon, WI on July 15, 1938, the daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret (nee Kohnke) Poritz. She graduated from St. Catherine’s High School.
She married Franklin “Frank” Roberts at St. Rose Catholic Church on February 2, 1956. Frank preceded her in death on August 29, 2015.
Rosemarie worked for Sears Department Store for 20 years, however she also stayed at home for many years raising and caring for her children and grandchildren. In addition, she enjoyed traveling throughout the country with her family.
Rosemarie was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard (Mary) Roberts of Maplewood, Minnesota, Bill Roberts, and Rebecca Roberts both of Racine; her son-in-law, Bill Martin; her grandchildren. Marah Zigas, Abigail Roberts Ava Grace Roberts, Clairissa Rodriguez, Corey Jurkewitz, Tracey, Brett, Karen, Brandon, Tim, Beckianne, Amari, Ted, Nicole, Lola , Kelly, Martina, Jacob, Riley, Justin, Michael, TJ, Toteonia, Donald Roberts; 19 great-grandchildren; her brother Stanley Poritz; her best friend since kindergarten, Bonnie Emmons; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her daughters Teri Roberts and Michelle Martin; and her grandson, Christopher Roberts.
