Racine – Anthony Joseph Jaimez, age 31, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

Anthony was born in Racine on February 16, 1991 to Christopher Jaimez and Sherri (nee: Zavala) Paltan. He was one of the most personable and loving people you could meet. Anthony was known for his bright smile, infectious laugh, and energetic personality. He was a caring young man that spent his life thinking about others. Anthony was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family, friends, or even a complete stranger. His passion to help others led him to a career in caregiving and eventually his most recent position at Ascension All Saints Hospital in the ER dept. Despite working in a fast-paced environment, he brought a positive and empathetic attitude to every situation. When Anthony wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing with his brothers or hanging out at a local bar with friends. Most of all, Anthony loved spending time with his family on holidays, birthdays, or any family function. He touched many lives and will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all that knew him.

Surviving are his mother, Sherri (Jerry) Paltan; brothers, Christopher (Kirstin) Jaimez and JayCee Jaimez; sisters, Cheyenne Hayes, and Georgia Jaimez; nieces, Avangelina and Gianna Jaimez; grandmother, Judy Zavala; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Jaimez; brother, Alex Jaimez; grandmother, Alice Jaimez; grandfather, Joe Zavala.

Visitation for Anthony will be held in Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, January 12, beginning at 4:00PM. There will be a time of sharing and remembrance of Anthony at 6:00 PM.
