Their combined Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 6400 Spring Street, on Tuesday, October 7th at 5:00 p.m. followed by full military honors for Tom. Visitation will be held in the church from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the Mass. Private burial will take place on Wednesday, October 8th in Holy Cross Cemetery Hwy 32.

Dolores “Dee” Clazmer, 87, passed away at St. Monica’s Assisted Living, on Friday, October 3, 2025, six days following the death of her beloved husband Tom, She was born in Racine on December 31, 1937, the daughter of the late David and Collette (nee: Statz) Anderson. On July 25, 1959, in St. Edward Catholic Church, she was united in marriage to Thomas J. Clazmer. Together this past July they celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.
She received her formal education in the schools in Racine, St. Edward Grade School, St. Catherine High School, and Dominican College. Dolores helped educate many students through her 30+ years of teaching at St. Edward’s, retiring in 1998. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, former member of St. Edward Catholic Church, the Catholic Women’s Club of Racine, the St. Edward Altar Sodality, and the St. Paul’s Craft Group. Dolores was a former Girl Scout Leader and belonged to several card clubs. She especially enjoyed the game of Schakopf. She thoroughly loved to travel and visit different casinos. Spending time with her children and grandchildren were very important to her.
Surviving are her five children, Diane (Peter) Putra, Joseph Clazmer, Jacqueline (John) Dresen, Suzanne (Bill) Coe, and Judith (jeff) Szczerba all of Racine; four grandchildren, Stephanie Dresen, of Kansas City, MO, Jared Coe, Brian Coe, and Grace Szczerba, all of Racine; brother-in-law, Perry Paragamian; sister-in-law, Martha Clazmer, both of Racine. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and former students.
In addition to her parents and loving husband, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rebecca Szczerba, brothers, Rev. Joseph Anderson, and David Anderson, sister, Judith Anderson, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harry and Stella Clazmer, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Eugene and Doris Clazmer, Dick and Jean Clazmer, Robert and Mary Ann Clazmer, Clarence Clazmer, and Patricia Paragamian.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thank you to the staffs of St. Monica’s Assisted Living, St. Croix Hospice, especially, Deacon Eloy, Karissa and Millie, and Drs. Paul Durbin and Desiree Dizadji.
