Racine – George Washington Cottingham III, affectionately known as Papa, 61, received the promise of eternal life on Sunday, October 18, 2015, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, on January 7, 1954, son of the late George and Marie (nee: Prentice) Cottingham II.
