In addition to his father, Jack was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Judy Thomas; and nephews, Ryan Katt and Tony Adams.

Funeral services will be held in St. Lucy Catholic Church (3101 Drexel Avenue) at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 24, 2011 with Rev. Mark R. Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Caledonia. Visitation will begin in the church at 9:30 a.m. Memorials to the American Cancer Society, or Odyssey Hospice have been suggested.
