Mark Laurence Mueller

Dec 11, 1955 – Apr 21, 2022

Service Details

Private services will be held.

Mark Laurence Mueller, age 66, passed away peacefully at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee on Thursday, April 21, 2022.

Mark was born in Racine on December 11, 1955 to John and Helen (nee: Petro) Mueller.  He attended St. Sebastian Grade School in Sturtevant, WI and was a 1974 graduate of St. Bonaventure High School in Sturtevant, WI. As a lifelong resident of Racine, he worked at various jobs including machine operator at Ganton Technologies and most recently Case IH.  One of Mark’s favorite pastimes was grilling out before his health curtailed his normal activity.  Also, in his youth you could find in him playing weekend pick-up basketball games at the old St. Bonaventure gym with his cousins and high school friends.

He is survived by his son Eric, father John and brothers, Thomas (Deborah), Joseph (Janet) and Michael (Ione) as well as ex-wife Cathie, nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mark was preceded in death by his mother Helen. The family extends its thanks to the attending ICU staff at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital for their care and comfort given to Mark in his final days.

Testimonials

October 22, 2015

We want to thank Mike for the kindness and special attention he gave us for our mother. Marcella Conley. He came in the middle of the night himself to pick her up and take her to the funeral home. For the things that had to be taken care of, he told us not to worry; that it would be taken care of by him. Thank you also Mike for singing at her funeral, especially her favorite song, Amazing Grace. Thank you and all of your staff at Draeger-Langendorf.

Joan Schrader and family
