RAYFORD L. BOURN says
Elder Oatis, or John as we called him, was truly a brother to us after his mother died and he came to live with us – no longer did we consider him a first cousin. We will miss him, but he prepared us for this day and we wipe our tears by knowing that he is in a better place.
Gone but not forgotten!!
