Sandra M. Kickland

~~Sandra M. (nee: Buchner) Kickland passed away at the age of 71 on January 21, 2015 at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Hospital.  She was born in Milwaukee, WI on February 24, 1943.  Daughter of Joseph and Rosemary (nee: Redmerski)  Buchner.  On August 28, 1965 in Milwaukee, WI, Sandy was united in marriage to Clayton Kickland.  She built a career in healthcare which allowed her to be employed by various hospitals and clinics over the years.  Sandy had a lifelong love of dogs, and attended dog shows as often as she could.   Sandy also loved camping, traveling and spending time with family.  She enjoyed attending church at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Racine, WI loving the Sunday sermons and her card group.  Sandy is survived by her three children all of Racine, Cindy Kickland, Noel (Jenny) Kickland,  Cherie (Chuck) Julius;  grandchildren Brittany and Ryan Kickland, and Charles and Cayla Julius, sister Lynn (Thomas) Felle of Racine; brothers Niles (Barb) Buchner of Milwaukee and Jeff (Laurie) Frasier of Waterford; special friends Avis, Kathy and Diane, and many other relatives and friends.  She was proceeded in death by her husband, brother Kris Buchner, and both parents.  Funeral services will be held at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer Church, 2417 Drexel Ave, on Sunday January 25 at 7:00 pm with Pastor Elias Kitoi Nasari officiating.  There will be a visitation at the church on Sunday January 25 before services from  5:00 pm  until service time at 7:00 pm.  Private entombment will take place on Monday January 26, 9:00 am at Graceland Cemetery, where Sandy will be laid to rest with Clayton.
