Service Details

In accordance with James’s wishes, private family services will be held.

Racine – James Vinson, age 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2022.

James was born April 7, 1940 in Memphis, TN to Dorothy Rutherford. James was a resident of Kenosha and Racine for 60 plus years. James was united in marriage with Luella Neal on April 9, 1990. James worked for Chrysler Motors of Kenosha for 20 plus years.

Surviving are his children, Beverly Melvin, James (Debbie) Vinson, Yvette Jenkins, Charlotte Neal and Dante (Charlese) Neal; grandchildren, Chakeia, Michael, Isaiah & 6 other grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; other relatives & friends. James was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy; and his loving wife, Luella.

In accordance with James’s wishes, private family services will be held.
