Racine- Daryl Allen Geyer, age 51, proud grandfather of Laine Beier; dear father of Kristina (Tim) Beier and Samantha Geyer; and loving husband of Sharon (nee: Albrecht) Geyer; passed away at his home on Friday, November 1, 2013.
Daryl graduated from Racine Lutheran High School in 1980. At age 16, he began working for his uncle at Jahns Window Cleaners. After many years of devoted service, he purchased the business in 1992. Daryl continued to think of his clients, not only as his customers, but as his friends.
Daryl had an infectious laugh, bright smile, loveable personality and always had a way of lighting up a room with his presence. Among his interests, Daryl was an avid hunter, fisherman, and had an extensive model train collection. Above everything else, Daryl was all about his family. His untimely death has left a huge void in the lives of many.
In accordance with Daryl’s wishes, cremation will take place. A service of remembrance will be celebrated in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 6:00 pm with Rev. Jack Gilbert officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
