Doris “Dorie” Dudek, 97, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025.
She was born on August 9, 1927 to parents Gus and Olga (nee. Larsen) Whitefoot in Kenosha. On October 8, 1948, she was united in marriage to Eugene (Gene) Dudek at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church. They had 70 years together.
Doris attended schools in Kenosha, WI. Throughout the years she worked at Osters, Mamco, Gormac Products, and Olsen Health Care.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Judy (John) Charnon, her grandchildren, Steve (Nicole) Charnon, Mark (Erin) Charnon – Owen, Victoria, Colin and Mitchell, Jasin (Melissa) Burns – Jacob and Madison; her son-in-law, Jim Burns (Vicki); her sister, Barbara (Melvin) Anderson; as well as sisters-in-law, brothers-in-Laws; and many nephews and nieces. Doris was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Marsha Burns; brothers; Al, Jerry, Chuck; sisters: Evelyn, Cleo and Carol.
A private service will be held.
