
~~ Judith A. O’Toole, 64, passed away in Froedtert Memorial Hospital on Monday, December 16, 2013. She was born in Racine on May 8, 1949, the daughter of the late Anthony and Ida (nee: Luchetta) Juliano.
On August 4, 1984, in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, she was united in marriage to James O’Toole. Judy owned and operated Promotional Concepts since 1985.
Surviving are her husband, James; 7 step children, Laura (Al) Spadling, of Ishpeming, Karine (Donald) LeMire, of Escanaba, MI, Susan (Kent Swanson) O’Toole, in North Carolina, James (Ruth) O’Toole, of Escanaba ,MI, Patrick (Lea) O’Toole, of Racine, Michael (Stephanie) O’Toole, of Black Earth, WI, and Sean O’Toole, of Grand Rapids, MI; 15 step-grandchildren, and 2 step grat-grandchildren; brothers, Raymond Juliano, of Curtis, MI, and Leonard (Mary) Juliano, of Racine; nieces, Amanda (Marco) Borgogni, Barbara Juliano, and Debbie (Martin) Canfield: nephews; Aaron (Laura) Juliano, Michael Juliano, Angelo Juliano, and Gino Juliano; great niece, Isabelle Borgogni, also survive her. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her step daughter, Elizabeth Ann O’Toole.
Her memorial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 9th, at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Thursday, January 9th, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
