Service Details
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will follow in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. A visitation will take place on Thursday from 12:00 o’clock Noon until the time of the service.

Kathleen M. Kubiaczyk, age 91, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 23, 2022.
Kathleen was born in Antigo, WI on September 30, 1930, a daughter of the late Otto and Matilda (nee :Frische) Steber.
On February 25, 1956, in Antigo, she was united in marriage to James D. Kubiaczyk. Sadly, he preceded her in death on November 6, 2021.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Debbie and Jeff Kubiaczyk; her special friend and “adopted daughter” Sharon Marshall; her grand dogs, Koda, Katia, and Mocha; her grandson, James Marshall; several nieces and nephews, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mike and Carol Kubiaczyk.
Along with her parents and husband, Kathleen was preceded in death by her brothers, Barney, Frank, Bruno, and Gregg, and her sister, Dorothy Long.
Debbie and Jeff would like to thank Lisa, Farrah, and Meghan of Hospice Alliance for all the wonderful care and love they gave to their mom.
Also, a very special thank you to Dr. Annette Hull and Dr. Antonio Montemurro for the many years of wonderful care they provided. Also, Dr. Joel Carroll and his wife Lynn for their help. Deb and Jeff send a special thanks to Kathy and Larry Andersen and Jack and Barb Halvorson for being such fantastic neighbors throughout the years.
