I cannot look back on my childhood without thinking of Larry’s presence. Everything from baseball cards to the only fight I’ve ever been in. He beat me and I’ve never been in another fight since, of course we were friends before the night was over. Wall ball on a wood garage door, touch football in the street with our mentor Rick K, basketball in the driveway, daily catch and runners, wiffle ball, even hockey in Lee’s basement, where Larry was the best goalie. Man we did everything together, until we got older and found our own ways in life. I was happy to reconnect with Larry on facebook, he was my friend for life.

Prayers and sincere condolences to Teri and all of Larry’s family. Someday I’ll see you on the other side my friend.

Testimonials

Thank you from Raymond Szymanski Family

I would like to thank Mike Langendorf, Bill Althaus and the rest of the staff for the wonderful celebration of the life for my father Raymond L. Szymanski who was a WWII veteran. I especially appreciate how much you really listen and the questions you asked regarding who my father was and what he was all about. Those details showed up in every part of the service from the flowers, the music, the thank you’s, pictures, obituary, outdoor military honors, etc. etc. My father would have been so grateful for the way you honored his life. I also received phone calls from family and friends indicating how beautiful the service was in every way. You and your staff definitely go above and beyond. You treat everyone like family and your compassion is so genuine. There should be more people in the world just like all of you. No words can express our gratitude for all you have done for myself, my father and our family. Thank you so very much and may the Lord bless you and yours! Sincerely Terri Carls and the Szymanski Family
