
Racine – Randy Frederick Vance, 54, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. He was born in Racine on March 8, 1962, son of Frederick and Constance (nee: Filicetti) Vance.
Randy was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved spending time outdoors. He was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. He enjoyed listening to music and collecting antiques.
Randy leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Connie Vance of Racine; sister, Debbie (Ed) Jensen of Racine; brother, Terry (Judy) Vance of Scottsdale, AZ; nieces and nephews, Jamie (Carrie Mattie) Jensen, Tanya (Rich) Larsen, Leah (Sam) Dominguez, Ty (Alexis) Vance, Kelly (Steve) Huenink; grand-nieces and grand-nephews, Riley Larsen, Owen Larsen, Liam Larsen, Parker Jensen, Lincoln Myer, Harrison Myer, Levi Vance, Dominic Dominguez; cousin, Carol “Sissy” (Tom) Kosterman; best friends, James Barker, Brian Kuzel; and his loyal dog, Layla. Randy is further survived by other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.
Randy is preceded in death by his father, Frederick Vance, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
The family held private services for Randy on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. An interment at Holy Cross Cemetery on Kinzie Avenue will occur at a later date. The family has suggested memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
The family would like to say “Thank You” to the staffs of All Saints and Froedert Hospitals, DaVita, and all his friends at Home Harbor for their care and compassion.
