Service Details

A memorial service celebrating Tom’s life will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home. Full military honors will follow.  Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Thomas F. Stachow, age 73, of Union Grove, passed away on his birthday, August 8, 2022.

Tom was born in Racine on August 8, 1949, a son of the late Felix S. and Lorraine (nee: Bednar) Stachow.

He attended Racine schools and was a graduate of Park High School.

He served his country with the U.S. Army for three years.

He was employed as a clerk at the Racine Post office for many years.

Tom is survived by his mother, Lorraine; his son Christopher (Elizabeth Schnaare) Stachow; his three siblings, Susan (James) Luxem, Alan Stachow, and Daniel (Linda) Stachow; his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and friends.

    Mrs. Stachow and Christopher; We are so sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. It had been some time that we had connected yet when we did it was like no time had passed. Our prayers are with you all as you grieve your precious son and father.
